Zoho Corporation has taken a major leap in enterprise AI with the announcement of Zia Agents, a transformative platform designed to deliver intelligent, autonomous digital agents across organisations. This evolution of Zoho’s AI capabilities marks a decade-long investment in artificial intelligence, now reaching a new milestone with Zia Agents, Agent Studio, and Agent Marketplace.
What are Zia Agents?
Zia Agents are intelligent, task-specific AI entities that can be deployed across Zoho Corporation’s extensive suite of over 100+ products. These agents are designed to enhance productivity, automate workflows, and drive data-informed decision-making.

Zoho and its IT management division, ManageEngine, will begin previewing several pre-built Zia Agents, including:
- Account Manager Agent - Helps manage customer relationships and retention.
- SDR Agent - Supports sales teams with lead qualification.
- HR Agent - Assists in recruitment, employee engagement, and compliance.
- Customer Support Agent - Automates and enhances helpdesk operations.
- IT Help Desk Agent - Manages IT-related queries and support tickets.
- SalesCoach Agent - Provides AI-driven insights and guidance for sales teams.
- Zia Agent Studio: Build Your Own AI Assistants
Zoho is also launching Zia Agent Studio, a low-code/no-code platform for businesses, partners, and developers to create and deploy customised AI agents tailored to their specific operational needs. The platform allows users to:
- Utilise Zoho’s existing AI skillsets.
- Access data from Zoho’s unified platform.
- Deploy agents across various functions, from RFP handling to loan approvals.
- Combine multiple agents into a single, cross-functional AI entity.
Zia Agents will initially be available within the Zoho ecosystem, but plans are underway to enable deployment in third-party applications.
