Digital infrastructure provider and portfolio company of Igneo Infrastructure Partners US Signal has launched infrastructure-as-a-service product OpenCloud.
In a statement, US Signal launched OpenCloud as response to the volatility in the cloud computing market, including provider shakeups and recent licence price hikes.
The company said unlike other cloud solutions, OpenCloud is based on the open-source project Apache CloudStack, which ensures security that other solutions cannot match.
"US Signal OpenCloud is an infrastructure-as-a-service platform that revolutionises the cloud hosting market by providing the performance, cost certainty, security, and flexible consumption that customers demand to run their critical enterprise workloads," explained US Signal chief operating officer John White.
