Cloud business communications, contact centre, and video and hybrid event solutions provider RingCentral has co-developed a branded solution with telecommunications company Optus named Optus Loop to power communications for Australian businesses.
Built on RingCentral’s communications platform, the solution provides a cloud-based offering for collaboration and communication among businesses’ employees, customers, and suppliers—on any device.
RingCentral chief business development officer Homayoun Razavi said the partnership represents a “significant expansion” of the brand in Australia.
“By combining our highly reliable, robust, and innovative communications platform with Optus’ business presence and leadership in fixed and mobile network, we will together empower organisations to unlock new ways to run and grow their businesses more efficiently. Optus Loop with RingCentral will enable workforces to take full advantage of RingCentral’s AI innovation to enable people to work the way they want,” Razavi claimed.
