Secure network and digital infrastructure provider Orro has launched a new podcast featuring its CTO Michael van Rooyen speaking with IT industry experts about the burning issues organisations face in secure IT solutions, while providing practical advice.
The new podcast is titled Securely Connected Everything, and its debut season will feature eight episodes. Episode one is out now, in two parts, and new episodes will come out every Monday for the rest of the season.
This first episode is about unravelling the future of technology, with guest Kevin Bloch, the former Cisco ANZ CTO, and founder of Bloch Advisory. Together, van Rooyen and Bloch discuss Bloch's insights on today's technology landscape, the emerging market trends shaping organisations, and the valuable lessons learned on the way to moving into an advisory role. Both gentlemen bring deep experience and insights for CTOs and industry leaders.
Episode three has the witty title "Happy Wi-Fi, Happy Li-Fi, a MIST opportunity" and sees van Rooyen joined by Greg Yelas from Juniper, speaking about Juniper's MIST AI, its wired, wireless and NAC offering that simplifies network operation. iTWire provides a basic background to MIST AI here.
